Dr Pierre Lacroix, as GRID-Geneva representative, is participating in the 25th Annual Consultative Meeting on Large Marine Ecosystems and Coastal Partners (LME25) at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris.
This engagement follows GRID-Geneva’s contribution to the UNEP/GEF MedProgramme and reflects our continued work on strengthening data and information management across marine and coastal initiatives.
Discussions focus on improving and streamlining marine data and information systems across the global portfolio, including the potential role of AI tools in supporting ocean data governance and collaboration.
