Transforming Essential Climate Variables (ECVs) and Essential Biodiversity Variables (EBVs) data into information

Project description

The general idea of this project is to offer a better discoverability of the data as well as to transform this data into information products. This allows users to access and follow climate and biodiversity variables in an easy and automated way. Two main products have been generated through this project: - 6 interactive graphs on ECVs using available data from official data providers (available at http://www.grid.unep.ch/live) - MODIS data automatic extraction and display (available at http://npp.unepgrid.ch/)
