Spectrum and remote sensing

Description

The remote sensing is using a large range of the electromagnetic spectrum, from UV to radar, within invisible to infrared. The amount of energy radiating from a surface in a particular portion of the spectrum is measured and analysed by an instrument placed on satellites. The collected data is processed and visualized as an image.
