Description

The digital image classification is the process of sorting pixels into a finite number of individual classes or categories of data on their data file values using spectral information. The pixel is assigned to the class that corresponds to that criteria (ex: water, softwood forest, corn, wheat). There are two ways to classify: supervised or unsupervised.
