Keynote speach delivered on 9 February 2017 by Pascal Peduzzi, Director of UNEP/GRID-Geneva at the Symposium "Promoting and supporting scientific and technical research that will inform disaster management practice and policy" organized by teh APEC Climate Center-Association of Southeast Asian Nations in Jakarta. The topic of the presentation was "Necessary bridging for successful Disaster Risk Reduction and Management".
