Description
Arctic summer sea ice extent has decreased by nearly 27% in the
past 50 years due to warming temperatures. If current trends
continue, the Arctic Ocean could be ice-free during the summer by
the end of this century. This will cause the end of polar bear.
The sunrays will no longer be reflected by the ice and will cause
a sea level rise by water dilatation.
